Privacy policy
Your details, handled simply.
Last updated 3 October 2026
Short version: we use what you send in a brief only to reply to you and to work on your project. The website sets no cookies, doesn't track you, and stores no IP addresses. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
Who we are
Launch Frames is a motion design studio. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at launch.frames@outlook.com or on Instagram at @launchframes.
Briefs you send us
When you send the project form we store:
- your name, your email address or Instagram handle, your app link, the services you picked and your message;
- how you found the site, as a site or campaign name (for example "instagram.com"), and the country your connection comes from.
We use this to reply, prepare a quote and, if we work together, run your project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
New briefs may be forwarded to our inbox by an email delivery service (Resend). When you email us directly, your message is handled by our email provider (Microsoft Outlook).
Usage statistics without tracking
To see which channels work, the site counts page views and a few actions per day, such as "played the reel with sound" or "sent a brief", together with the referring site or campaign name. These are plain daily totals: no cookies, no local storage, no IP addresses, no device fingerprinting. A count can't be linked to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Spam protection
To stop spam and abuse, the form keeps a short-lived counter tied to a one-way, salted hash of your connection that changes every day. It can't be turned back into your IP address and it expires within an hour.
Hosting
The website and its database run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver pages securely, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses, as any web host does. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The site's fonts and videos are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't contact any other company.
Cookies
The public website sets no cookies. The only cookie belongs to the studio's own private dashboard; visitors never receive it.
How long we keep it
- Briefs: up to 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, as long as the project and legal obligations such as accounting require.
- Usage statistics: kept as daily totals, which contain no personal data.
- Spam counters: expire within an hour and are deleted automatically.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Email launch.frames@outlook.com and we'll handle it promptly. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
